Azerbaijani delegation paid a visit to Bosnia-Herzegovina!
Within the visit Bosnia-Herzegovina-Azerbaijan Business forum and a number of meetings were held 
The delegation consisting of the official and businessmen led by the Economic Development minister Shahin Mustafayev paid a visit to Bosnia-Herzegovina.
On the first day of the visit - on February 18 the president of the Republic of Serb of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik received the Azerbaijani delegation. The current situation of the economic relations, perspectives of the development of cooperation, expansion of cooperation between the countries were discussed, successful development of the ties was highlighted in the meeting.
Then Bosnia and Herzegovina-Azerbaijan business forum was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion (AZPROMO0), the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Regional Cooperation of the Republic of Serb of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Along with the officials from the two countries, the businessmen operating in industry, agriculture, food, banking, construction, oil, tourism and other sectors took part in the forum.
The president of the Republic of Serb of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodeek participated in the business forum, as well.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Serb of Bosnia and Herzegovina Aleksandar Džombić highlighted the important role of business forums and meetings in boosting the relations among the businessmen, and noted that there is great economic potential, favourable business and investment climate, invited the businessmen active cooperation.
The Economic Development minister Shahin Mustafayev said that Azerbaijan gives big attention to boost the cooperation with Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as with Srpska Republic. The relations between Azerbaijan and Bosnia-Herzegovina are at high level and are based on friendship and mutual respect principles. The mutual visits of high-level government officials are of great importance in the development of co-operation.
It was stressed that, Baku and Sarajevo are twin towns since 1972, there is Sarajevo Street and Bosnia and Herzegovina-Azerbaijan Friendship Association operates in Baku, last year a monument for victims of Khojaly Genocide was erected in Sarajevo. Highlighting the importance of business forum, presentation, exhibition and other events in the expansion of economic commercial ties, creation of new cooperation opportunities the minister Shahin Mustafayev pointed out that Azerbaijan - Bosnia and Herzegovina business forum was held in Baku in October of 2012. After a short period of time from the forum, the next business forum was organized in Bania Luka.
Besides, the minister Shahin Mustafayev gave information on the Azerbaijan's economy in the business forum, too. It was noted that Azerbaijan is reliable partner in provision of European energy security and participates in global energy and transport projects.
He also informed about Azerbaijan-Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh conflict and underlined Azerbaijan position based on international law.
Thereafter, presentations on economy, business and investment opportunities of Azerbaijan and Republic of Srpska were held. The event ended with bilateral meetings of businessmen.
The forum ended with the bilateral meetings between businessmen.
Within the visit, Azerbaijani delegation met with The Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Aleksandar Dzombic, Minister for Economic Relations and Regional Cooperation Zeljka Cvijanovic. The perspectives of the development of economic relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as Serb Republic and other issues were discussed during meetings.
On the second day of the visit, Azerbaijani delegation visited Friendship Park in Sarajevo, laid a wreath on the monument for victims of Khojaly Genocide. Thereafter, the delegation visited the Centre for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Youth reconstructing by the support of Heydar Aliyev Fund.

The delegation headed by the Economic Development minister Shahin Mustafayev discussed the extension perspectives of relations between Azerbaijan and Bosnia and Herzegovina at the meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdžija. The minister Shahin Mustafayev He informed about Azerbaijan-Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Khojaly Genocide at the meeting.
Azerbaijani delegation was also received by Bosnia and Herzegovina's presidium head Bakir Izetbegovic. The sides discussed different spheres.
Besides, Azerbaijani delegation discussed extension of current cooperation and relations at the meeting with the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dr. Denis Becirovic.
